  : The closeness to The American overseas school of Rome. It was within walking distance to the school, as my son was playing a sporting event there,
  : The bed was too hard. The fan in the bedroom made a horrible sound, it quieted a little when we hung the keys on the cord. Breakfast was okay.

  : The room in which I stayed was lovely. The bed was big and comfortable with good pillows and very good mattress. The windows overlooked the garden and valley below. The location was perfect...a grocery store at the end of the road was used daily, and I was right next to the AOSR (American Overseas School of Rome) which was where my son was playing in a basketball tournament. I parked my car in front of the B&B and didn't touch it till I left a few days later.
  : If you have a problem with stairs, this might not be the place for you, or at least my room...I think there were 65 steps between the front door and my room! If you are looking for a private place, this is it! Traveling alone, I wished I had more interaction with the proprietors, but most people would consider this a plus to be left alone!

  : Breakfast. No coffee left in the kitchen in the morning. The keys were a bit stiff and didnt always work immediately.

  : A peaceful location with a beautiful view. The room was spacious enough for family of 4. very comfortable beds and air conditioning for the hot day and evening.
  : The breakfast option is not very healthy. the sweets and pastries are package foods not fresh from a bakery which was disappointing. An option including a healthy cereal of oats and nuts would have been a good alternative to the packaged foods.

  : Breakfast was awful. For such a price the owner could go to the cafe nearby and buy a fresh croissants or smth like that. Pillows were uncomfortable. Lots of things need attention and to be repaired. We didnt even notice neither shampoo nor slippers.
