  : Centrally located but far enough away from the nose and bustle. Staff were really great - communication with Hassan from before our arrival and during was always prompt and helpful.
  : A little tricky with a family spread across three rooms but worth it as the location is so good and the price do reasonable.

  : Location, communication with and help by the staff and after hours access was excellent. Liked the fact that they helped with airport transfers. Liked the flexibility with checkout (when possible) Liked that I could open the window and that i had individual air conditioner.
  : The rooms was very very cozy with very little space to move around the bed and very little natural light. Virtually no space to hang the clothes or put suitcases. Perhaps smaller bed would fit better. To be honest Italy is famous for it's coffee and one pod of coffee provided per day was hardly enough even for non Italian. I can go to a corridor to make it but would prefer more then one espresso per day.

  : The staff arrives only until 10 am, if you arrive early, you have to wait until they arrive, to leave your luggage.

  : Although location is excellent in terms of distance from Colosseum but very unfriendly and unsupportive atmosphere arriving with a taxi and plenty of luggage for us as a family. Also very rude and abrupt encounter upon our arrival, with a permanent resident of the same building as the guesthouse

  : We loved the location of this property, its a 2 min walk from the colosseum and lots of lovely restaurants and 5 mins from the bus stop. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and spacious.
  : The noise from other rooms and outside travels so clearly which wasnt ideal when we wanted to have a longer sleep in the mornings.

  : Staines headboard, dirty pillow cases clearly not washed. Extremely unhygienic
