  : Everything was clean and arranged well. Coffee was great. The hosts paid attention to requests. They were readily available to service in the mornings. They instructed clearly about getting into the building and into the room.Great location. Rome Tiburtina Metro, Bus and long distance train station at 5-7 minutes walk.
  : Bathroom/toilet was cramped. Water was just warm, not hot. There was no way to open the window blinds. Towels were thin. Room was spacious but moving around the bed was cramped. Lift didnt go directly to the floor but one mezzanine floor below.A little overpriced in my opinion.

  : The staff was very kind! They do not speak English, but it was no problem because they did their best to communicate. Close to the train station, very easy to go to Rome center.
  : We had some issues getting the train to the airport (there was no train from the station by the time we needed it), which is not a problem related to the accommodation. Just be aware to check train schedules. But, by the train station, you can also take a taxi (that's what we've done), and this will cost about 50 euros to Fiumicino airport.

  : I really liked the place. The location is great. 5 min walk from Tiburtina. Proximity to shops. Extremely nice hosts. They helped a lot with every request. Coffee, sweets, umbrella, hair dryer. 10 out of 10.

  : Room was super clean and comfy. Staff were great. Excellent location few min away from metro, train and bus. Walking distance to some sightseeing
  : No noise isolation. Other guest yelling on hallway, banging the Doors, bringing ONS over... they is only do much earplugs will do. No good sleep if other guests are noisy
