  : The location is fantastic, easy walk to everything Rome has to offer
  : We were really disappointed with our stay as the apartment is lacking some basic things for comfort and standard hygiene. Tea towels A cleaning spray or cloth to wipe dishesThe main bathroom sink doesnt drain properly.The two shower heads are blocked and could do with replacing. There is almost no hot water pressure at all, it was impossible to fill the bath.One towel per person for four days is really not enough, if there was a tumble dryer to dry them this would be better, or simply supply more towels. 5 charge for extra towels per person. No wine glasses and limited cutlery, and random number of old cutlery.No duvets in the apartment, which you have supplied since I asked, but no covers for them which I find very unhygienic.The kettle is a fire hazard, it simply needs replacing.There is a large hole between the two bathrooms, leaving no privacy. All the power plugs are broken, damaged and unsafe.Next door they are renovating, so we have banging all day. We are really disappointed with our stay with A worlds apart, the price really does not match the quality of the stay, the apartment has so many issues, and if it was on Airbnb, it would barely get a one star rating as there is no effort made to make guest comfortable. The standard of general amenities is less than what you would expect at a backpacker.

  : Location was close to Metro, restaurants and stores for supplies & groceries.
  : Expected an Airbnb, not a short term apartment rental. Walked into an empty apartment. No supplies at all! No wifi for 3 days, NO HOT WATER for 4 of our 5 days!
