  : I like that they took responsibility for the non-working cable at 11PM. The microwave with a short and expose wire. They reduced my rate to a lower amount and I appreciated that they did this without me asking. I will stay there again and I hope they make real improvement. Get a professional craftsman to train your handy man, please!
  : The hotel is in dis-repair. Not because they are not trying. I can see and appreciate the maintenance efforts but your handy man is a handy man. He is not the skilled craftsman needed to sucessfully accomplish the repairs that should be invisible to the visitor. The same goes for cleaning. Workers need supervision and supervisors need clear guidance and an understanding of expectations. Cleaning needs to be complete top to bottom. Your staff is cleaning but not sanitizing after each guest leaves and you know that its not happening because of the details, i.e. corners, under and behind, old spider webs. I took photos.

  : My husband thought the mattress was comfortable myself not comfortable at all they had a plastic mattress cover on them and my bedding and myself slid while sleeping
  : The floor was so dirty my feet and socks turned black; the tub was so dirty we had to go buy cleaning supplies before using; the container to put ice in.. the lid was filthy. I couldn’t even sleep with my husband because the bed was too small. The room was com Completely dirty
