  : Staff were amazing! Super friendly, the hotel was very clean. The cocktails were quite nice as well. Food was average.

  : Th smilles of th staff,th qualit and variation of th restauration. Th traditional Greek food was amazing,fresh and tasty.
  : Th view is wonderful,sunset over Albania is a thing of beauty. I must also mention the fact that everybody spoke english and german.

  : Nice restaurant with diverse and good food and wonderful view, very nice and friendly stuff. The beach is quite small but nice, with fine sand and clear water.
  : The main pool is surrounded by some reed which doesnt look so good; I believe it could get some improvements. Also the park in front of the hotel was a good idea but nobody was taking care if it anymore

  : We were fascinated by the pool members outgoing and friendly vibe especially Magda who set the vibe for us and created great experiences.
  : The food options were not inclusive and it was standard food everyday including mainly pork options that didnt please us. There can be more seafood options.

  : Good sea view from our room and only 20 minute brisk walk to Roda. Shuttle bus a bonus. Staff were excellent overall. The restaurant staff were efficient, hard working and attentive - always with a smile. The hotel receptionists were very good, particularly Maria who was very helpful with a couple of matters.
  : Unable to escape from the tobacco fumes. Seating for smokers should not be allowed anywhere near the main building,

  : The rooms were very comfortable, the view from our balcony was lovely. The pool area was very nice and they provided pool/beach towels. There was a wide selection of food and it was changed every night. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and attentive. The receptionists were helpful, and the shuttle driver was always chatty. We had a great stay! Thank you!
  : The room cleaning wasn't fantastic - we had to ask for a new shower wash as it wasn't being replaced, and the towels weren't changed regularly. The evening entertainment was a bit lacking but wasn't too problematic as it was peaceful and quiet. Information on getting to the hotel from Corfu wasn't great, maybe going forward some instructions would be good or perhaps an airport shuttle service?

  : Good and fast access to a sand beach. Nice internal gym. Hotel personnel in the dining places were friendly and accommodating. Received one hour more for check-out without extra pay. Hotel suite contained a private pool of 4m2 which was refreshing and ok for our toddler. The food is ok, esp. the pastries (we stayed only 2 nights). The common pool was very warm, our kids liked it. Some rooms has a pool shared with 6 rooms, it seemed quiet and calm.
  : Our suite had enormous amounts of molt and fungus on the exit of the air conditioning system. Never seen this before. It should be treated asap - this creates health risks! The walls of the suite were mega dirty, full of stains, and were not painted in 100 years. The terrace of the suite was dirty, the suite pool was ok but contained very sharp edges. The terrace of our private pool had an umbrella with holes, unusable for shade. The double room we took in addition, had stains of washing on the mirrors, like it was quickly done, for the rest that one was fine for the money. The sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach were in a terrible state, like there has been a war - they were also not cleaned up at the end of the day. We put "do not disturb" in the morning and still the cleaning person knocked the door continuously in the morning. The corridors where the suites are, are dirty. Note that the hotel is full of Germans - we had a bad encounter with a group of them, they were actually cursing on the back of other guests for no reason; they also leave towels on unused sunbeds. All ok for a 3 star- but not for a 5-star as advertised.
