  : Skipped breakfast. Did a quick visual inspection. Looked good. Just wasn't in the mood to eat.
  : We arrived late and got the dreaded room next to the elevator. The parking lot wasn't full; so it would have been nice if they had put us elsewhere. I was too exhausted from the trip and late arrival to put up a fight. The walls of the room were either too thin - or the next door neighbor was just way too loud. His/her/their TV was on much too loud well into the overnight. And our toilet was running throughout our short stay. At check out, I suggested that they invite a plumber to resolve this. Finally, I didn't love the pillows - but I say that pretty much everywhere we stay. I also didn't love the "feel" of the sheets and pillowcases. Similarly, I say that a lot when I stay at hotels. Frankly, it is a little surprising how so many places have rough-feeling sheets and pillow cases. Ugh.

  : the tv hdmi was unpluged so tv when we decided to watch tv at 9pm it was inop. the front desk did offer to look at it but we where in for the night. About 2am the heater unit made a loud noise like a hospital csan! after playing with the unit it stopped

  : Unfriendly front desk staff and poor breakfast They are unfriendly even during morning checkout If I visit this area again, I will choose either Country Inn & Suites or Holiday Inn right in front, expecting a more pleasant experience
