  : The young man working at the front desk door everything in his power to be helpful.
  : The hotel confirmed 2 rooms booked for 1 night for 7 guests total, but actually booked us 1 room for two nights (4 people one day and 3 the other). They had a room available still, so let us have that, charged the full price still, and then it wasn't the types of rooms or numbers of beds I reserved. My husband spent multiple hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, in the middle of the night, only to be told that we could pay for 2 additional rooms at a different hotel and they "could try" to reimburse the fees for the reservations they messed up. We still have not been contacted by the hotel manager to correct this situation.

  : I had to wait for someone to come to desk to check me in for about 30mins. Then when they check me in the hotel didn't have any key cards so I had to wait for him to go to the rooms and find one then once I got in the room there was blood on sheets and hair in the kitchen counters

  : I didn't like the way the staff talk to me or just barge into the rooms or just very rude Stephanie Carla we're very rude I wasted my time and money and will never stay there again

  : Only like the how u Dee standing the staff was. 1st room was occupied, second room had pubic hair on the bed and panties underneath. I do think this hotel was being used for prostitution.
  : Room occupied and other room had pubic hair and panties undeothe bed. 2nd floor smoked out and could barely breathe. I left and was not refunded my money. Only was there 10-20 minutes. Will never return.

  : Everything. The smell, rooms, people around, hall ways, etc. i never cancelled a hotel so quick in my life.
