  : Location was good and the check in staff were very friendly and ao where the house keeper
  : I had two rooms, one for me and my boyfriend and one for my kids. My kids room door stop working the maintenance man came and said he couldn't fix it. My boyfriend had to help him open the door because all of there stuff was in there for our basketball tournament. He opens it says he'll fix the lock or get us another room which none of that happened. My kids had to sleep with an unlocked door all night. When I called to the front desk no one answered. No one was there when I went downstairs. Safety should be top priority and when we were leaving someone said something rude to my kids. I deserve some money back but no one was ever there to talk to about it. Luckily me and there dad was a couple doors down

  : nothing . the place was gross. toilets leaked on the floor. no pillows for the pull out bed, they double charged my credit card . this place was an absolute DUMP.
  : everything. place was filthy. room was nasty. the beds were damp when we got in them sheets were itchy. no pillows for the pull out couch bed. 6 people had to share 4 pillows. the "included breakfast " was a stale blue berry muffin or a nutrigrain bar, this place was nasty. and they charged my credit card twice.
