  : Good mattress.
  : Pool closed. Breakfast poor. Nice server. They did not make up our room at all on the second day. Their new policy is not until the third day. I told the desk that I was going to stop payment on my credit card if they did not give me the service that I was paying for. He procured towels for us and ensured we had it properly attended to there after.

  : We thought it was going to be a hot breakfast...scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, and hashbrowns. We must have confused you with LaQuinta.
  : It wasn't a matter of not liking. First, no-body should have to explain what their service dog is for. That is a HIPPA violation. So when asked what the dogs did I told them and informed the young lady that my dogs are service dogs and that is all that you need to know. My dogs are very well behaved. The other issue was a safety issue in the bathroom. I think they did a tub overlay and when that was done it made the height in the shower shorter so you kinda had to bend your knees to get under the shower head and the big dangerous issues was stepping out of the shower. Its a long step down from such a high tub and I almost fell on the bathroom floor because I misjudged the distance. We were in room 107. All we can say is stand in the tub and then step down out of the shower and you will see what my husband and I mean. He misjudged the step down as well and caught himself.
