  : The inside of the hotel was clean. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to our room and discovered it had a little kitchen in it.
  : NO breakfast. I specifically chose this hotel because the website states there is breakfast and the price was reasonable. NO ice bucket, so I had to use a plastic bag to get ice!Also ALL the cigarette butts in the planters as you walk into the building, was DISGUSTING! If you're going to have flower planters outside of the building, then spend a little bit of money and put FLOWERS in them. They will be less likely to become ash trays if there are flowers planted

  : The man who checked me in and the woman on the phone were friendly.
  : Dirty. Our room had hair and stains all over. I hesitate to even say stains because a simple wipe down would clean them off. The elevator hadn’t been swept so I didn’t have high hopes going into the room. The floor, bathroom surfaces, and even the toilet paper roll were full of hair. In the morning the desk was closed so I couldn’t ask for a late check out for my son while I was at an appointment. Fortunately, had a break and was able to call, she agreed, but cleaning staff told him he needed to go anyway. They clearly have a lot to do so maybe it’ll get better. It says breakfast included but all that was offered was a basket with muffins, fruit cocktail, oj, and water. There was a coffee area with unmarked urns and no one attending. On my way out, I realized one of the women sitting on the couch playing with the dogs was an employee so she told me what coffee was what and I remade my coffee.

  : Bathtub didn't drain after 1st shower. 2nd person could not shower. No staff to complain to.
