  : It was a rather new renovated apartment, it has a character. The hotel staff are kind and attentive.
  : In this hotel, they have houses scattered all around Rovere, our house was very up on the hill and hard to reach. We were there in August, tons of people, which makes the parking hard. It was walking a bit uphill after parking. So please ask the location of the house before you arrive. I have to say the staff were very kind and helpful with the luggages.

  : Photos little deceptive: we were expecting a lounge area with sofa etc., not just kitchen/dining. Also no firelighters /lighter and wood too damp to make a fire.

  : everything is perfect, nice place to relax....
  : The guy for reception coming for check in...after check in the guest before us he left with the guest( we know he show the guest the room/apartment) but say nothing to us. When he come back few minutes later, he just talking to people outside....we still waiting...that is not the way making business...

  : The location is lovely. Only good feature.
  : I will say if it was only 2 adults sharing this place- we would of had a different experience, maybe. The staff had no idea how to house a family. Pluss- just LOOK at the professionalism of the staff person's number in photo below. Just his "description" was rude and not professional. Also when we were "welcomed" to the place- it was heres the key, see ya. Also "breakfast" was dry bread, milk, and sweet snacks. And some mornings the basket wasn't even there- we had to buy our own breakfast every morning. Not enough for 5 people. Or healthy enough for a family to actually call it breakfast. We specifically wrote on our reservation we are 5 people. 2 Adults and 3 children. We arrived and there was ONE bed. Thankfully we brought our own crib for the 2 year old, so he had his own space. Their couch did fold out into a "bed" but the first night we put our 3 kids in the room with the real bed and we 2 adults tried sleeping on the couch "bed". It was a joke. It hardly had room for 2 adults and was extremely uncomfortable. If we put the kids on the couch the next night we couldn't use the kitchen or bathroom without waking our children who were in the living room. We asked to be moved into something suitable for a family and they never moved us. We were staying 4 nights... that is a LONg time without proper amounts of beds. We ended up having to move the main bed over, and place the couch "cushion mattress bed" on the floor in the room. We put kids on couch cushions (they fit better than us adults!) And my husband and I slept in the bed with our toddler's crib crammed in the corner. The photos we saw when we booked the place were very deceiving. It showed a place with a loft and with multiple rooms, but that is NOT what they gave a family?!?!?
