  : It was horrible there period stains on the sheets, that so gross, the bed was so uncomfortable, the trim had a cigarette smell, even though it was non smoking room. There were people on drugs, it was horrible, will never stay there again

  : What breakfast they don't give confidential breakfast there are you kidding me this place is s*** hole I would never stay there again and the service there was absolutely ridiculous the woman at the front desk came into my room without knocking just barge tried in and started screaming and cursing at us saying we were trespassing after I booked booking.com and I had reserved the room again for another night it was absolutely uncalled for in front of my child my 4-year-old had my son crying I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anybody it's a s*** hole and it stinks and there's roaches everywhere. The woman who was working the office that day it was very rude unprofessional and I was totally blown away by her professionalism she had none. If I was motel 6 I would fire her for dealing with my customers like she did me and my family. Little did you know I did have another reservation for another days stay there. I made a formal complaint with booking.com and they are supposed to be taking care of the situation and make sure that I'm refunding the money that is paid for that booking I was so upset by the way she spoke in front of my child I ended up leaving and not seeing another night without getting a refund there was no reasoning with this woman totally out of control even the cop that was standing a few feet from her dealing with another situation he asked her to lower her tone of voice there was no need to be yelling. She also did say the cops are here for you next threatening me and my child and my husband. I've never in my life dealt with any situation quite like this one or had anybody in customer service in my entire life deal with any situation in the manner she handled it.
  : I didn't like the way that this woman handled the situation at hand she could have dealt with it in a whole another way instead she chose to come into my room without even knocking knowing full well we were inside what if we were dressed and we were indisposed at the moment or one of my son was asleep and she came in there screaming at the top of her lungs regardless she handled this situation entirely inappropriately she could have handled it in a better manner but she chose not to me still remaining calm and trying to handle the situation the best way I could especially after she had already made my child start to cry. Fight for you all told me Mommy I don't want to stay here I want to go I want to be here that lady scary. Her barging into her room without even knocking was uncalled for it number one number two her starting to immediately scream and say we're trespassing and that we need to leave the cops have been called on us like are you kidding me there was no need for any of that she could have came in there and calm tone and said all that and I would have been more than happy to leave it that's what she wanted but no she came in there out of control not even knowing the situation and didn't even check the computer to see if the room had been booked again for another night and she told me I was a liar and I needed to get the f*** out of the room immediately or I was going to be arrested me and my husband and our son was gonna be taken by by the authorities as well if I couldn't find somebody quick enough to come get him. I don't know what this lady's problem was maybe she was having a bad day I don't care how dare her behave that way in front of my child I guarantee she's a mother and has children of her own I don't think she'd appreciate it if somebody did this in front of her child matter of fact I guarantee she wouldn't have appreciated it and she would have been as upset as I was in the situation.
