  : When I arrived the police were onsite Staff asked me if I wanted a smoking room I stated yes, was offered a king room when My reservation was for a double room. I was given a no smoking room however the room smelled like smoke, bathroom and floors were dirty. I asked for extra sheets and toilet paper received nothing. Guest were laying loud music all times of the night in the hallway and outside my room I called the front desk twice from my mobile phone because no telephone was in the room. My tv had only 4 working channels and only 2 of those channels worked. I killed a big cockroach in the bathroom. When I brought all these concerns to the front desk they did nothing...that will be my last stay

  : Easy check in and check out.
  : The room was not cleaned each day which is fine, but when i asked for fresh washclothes and towels i was told i needed to bring the dirty ones to the front desk.Stains all over the comforter and sheets.The homeless addicts in the area would walk through the main lobby which was a bit scary.

  : The lobby, that was the only thing that appeared to be clean. Nothing else to write, sorry.
  : ROACHES, ROACHES, and more ROACHES!!!!!. Disgusting, dirty sheets, dirty pillow cases, dead roach in the corner, just terrible. I wouldn't let my dead dog stay there. They should be shut down for uncleanliness. We didn't stay, we left and stayed with a friend.

  : When you enter it smells like weed, the ceiling was leaking water, there's no phone in the room, no iron and the TV did not work.

  : The room was upgraded..
  : No hairdryer. Cleanness overall not so good. Sheet has dirty also the towels...no hangers for the clothes. Faucet was funny... also not enough shower gel for two persons for two nights..We do not recommend that hotel for stay.

  : The beds linen was not changed. When we pulled the sheets back they was filthy An still had belongings from the previous people who stayed in the room.
