  : Not much to like. Had a bed and running water.
  : Paper thin walls and bed on metal frame that was loud if anyone moved. Old outdated hotel that you only stay in as no other options.

  : It was quiet
  : The walls were dirty as heck. We only had two small pillows. It wasnt very clean when we got there; I had to go around and clean the surfaces, the bedding was burned and sad looking. We NEVER got room service the 5 days we were there and we only got a change of towels when we asked.

  : TV was unwatchable, they didnt clean my room between days, and the light over the bathroom sink didn`t work

  : The maid did not come in and clean the room each day we were there. That was disappointing. I expected to come back from my day to a "Fresh & Clean" room... but the trash was still there, towels still on the floor, and the bed unmade. She did come in on our fist day because we had asked for extra towels. She removed the trash that day and pulled the covers up on the bed - like a 4 year old made the bed. Also, I had used the coffee supplied in the room on the first morning, so there was NO coffee for the other 3 mornings I was there. My husband had to go down to the office to get batteries for the remote, as it was dead, and then the remote didn't want to work half the time. The first room we were to stay in had a LOUD AC unit, that basically screamed the entire time it was on. The furniture in the room was "junked", it honestly looked like something you would see at a garage sale from someone's house that had flooded. The beds were ROCK hard in that room as well & it was a Handicap accessible room. We immediately changed rooms & the 2nd room was a little nicer. The beds were a bit better, and the AC didn't scream at you. We will NOT be staying at this location again. This was our 2nd time staying there. The first time was so much nicer and better, but that was 2 years prior.

  : The shower.
  : We came to Ripley for our Grandmothers funeral. It was the only place to stay. It smelled musty. We went to the store for cleaning supplies and air freshener. Several outlets didnt work. The ironing board was broken. The TV had a cracked screen. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for clean towels. $100 per night was a rip off.

  : Didn't know it was a smoking room. The smoke smell was strong in 211 and 209.
