  : Chain on toilet was broken so we had to lift the toilet top and pull the plunger by hand to flush. Water was brown coming out of faucets and water had to run for 15 minutes to get a hot shower. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times with no problems. I doubt I will be returning and honestly feel I should ask for a partial refund. Disgraceful for $350/night.

  : Plenty of shops around the hotel. 20 minute drive to surrounding beaches. Pet friendly hotel.
  : Fridge had leftover food upon arrival. That made me question the cleanliness of the room right away. Wi-Fi did not work at all. Water pressure in shower was low and no hot water after one use. Hotel staff only supplied 3 towels, 2 washcloths and no hand towels. We had to constantly ask for more towels and every-time they had none available. The beds were not made up so we ended up putting our own sheets and comforter over the existing linens because we weren’t sure if the linens were clean. I’m thankful I bought my own pillow because they only give 2 per bed. The AC took forever to cool down room and refrigerator needed maintenance. There was no bedside light so if you wanted to lay in bed at night and read a book you had a bright dome ceiling light shining in your face. They supplied free coffee in the hotel lobby but we didn’t use and would have appreciated having it in our room. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was pet friendly. We paid almost 1000$ for 3 nights and we felt like we did not get a good value for our stay and we will never return to this hotel again.With that being said, for the hotel being a pet friendly hotel, our room did not have a pet smell. The location was convenient with lots of shops and gas stations surrounding the area.It was only a 20 minute drive to the beach.

  : Rooms was clean. However it was so loud and obnoxious kids running everywhere not being watched. Was not enjoyable! Left after a few hours of staying there. Could not hear anything was so loud. Front desk didn’t offer any help said they can’t say anything about the noise. Didn’t offer a discount or any money off. Wil never stay again.
