  : The apartment is OK.
  : There is no reception in the accommodation who is responsible for the apartment. The contact person at the place resides in another building further up the mountain, but is not responsible for the whole facility and the booking in general. The latter is the biggest problem, because at the time of the booking, the description of the accommodation included a sauna and a swimming pool, but the accommodation did not have either. If I had known this in advance, I certainly would not have booked this accommodation. When I brought this up to the local contact person on the phone, he told me that he was not responsible for this as he is not the owner of the apartment, and that we should talk to the owner, who is a third party. I will never book such accommodation where the facility is not in one hand and there is no clear counterparty responsible for the entire accommodation.
