: Adorable apartment. Comfy bed. Cute kitchen. 2 Beautiful outside sitting areas that we enjoyed. It’s in a community of locals and their dogs. All friendly. Close to the fun stuff in Rincon. Right across from the ocean.
: Loved it all. I would suggest a day bed in the parlor in place of the wicker love seat. (My husband is a restless sleeper)

: The location is quite - with exception of some barking dogs around. The ocean is just outside the door and it's great to sit in the morning on the patio, drink a coffee and way people passing bye hello. The apartment is of a good size. Comfortable bed, a nice table to sit, eat and doing some work. There is not only a parking space, but a covered garage. And you can go up the garage to have another nice place to sit and look. Even if it's outside of Ricon, you are quick in town. (On the navigation app Maps.Me the location was shown with name and therefore easy to find.)
: It's not easy to find, but this is given by the whole area. The check-in is not so easy, as the owners are out of town often and you have to work with a key-tressor. But everything worked out fine, even if it was an unexpected routine. The beach right by the house has the disadvantage that there are big stones just as you enter the water. There is no TV in the apartment - but hey, why not take this as an advantage to enjoy nature and read a book.
