  : pool is only at reservation and in one time only one family is possible, we forget swimsuit there - they promised us send it back but not send it.., very poor breakfast and dinner,

  : Generally a nice place, could be perfect for family with kids, as the area is very calm and landscape is amazing. Quality of service was amazing, very friendly and flexible staff. Strong customer orientation. Receptionist immediately knew who we are, which room we are staying at and for how long. Sauna was prepared for us outside of normal working hours and bathing robes were waiting in rooms. Sauna and pool are rather small, but surely enough for 3-4 people and very well maintained. By mistake for dinner we didn't order soup and ordered wrong dessert, however the staff was still able to fix it and we got what we asked for in the last second. Chapeau bas!
  : Unfortunately the room was already old and would require some renovation, small things but those make a difference. What we were really disappointed with was the food. Taste was ok, but the portions were really not big, and the salad buffet was out of good things very fast. Drinks (not even water) were not included in the price of halb-pension, and it was not really communciated. Maybe for local tourtist, that's obvious. For foreigners probably not. Generally with food policy (small portions and no drinks), the hotel saved 3-5 Euro, but lost us as potential returning customers.
