  : We have stayed at this hotel at least five times, so we know what to expect. The hotel complex is lovely. The food is very well prepared. We occupied two rooms, in the one room there is a whirlpool bath (Jacuzzi). In the other room the bathroom is very small. The beds are comfortable, and now there is WiFi. The main reason to stay here is the atmosphere of the complex. Make sure that you occupy a room away from the road. If you are going to visit the Rilski Monastir (Rila Monastery) this is a good place to stay the night. The staff are very nice, however, I think that maybe they do not speak much English.
  : The stopper in the whirlpool bath was not functioning properly, three wall tiles in the other bathroom were broken and there were no hooks in the bathroom on which to hang the towels. The breakfast has only three choices, mostly because people drive to this hotel for the evening meal and to enjoy the atmosphere, and very few stay the night.
