: Cool location, drinks you can buy even at night from the fridge. Pool table. Quiet, comfy bed. Even with language barrier, owners really keen to help out and try to explain.
: No info in confirmation mail how to get the keys. No explanation how to order breakfast (check in is via lockboxes so no opportunity to ask the owner). No/poor English so not so easy to get into the room.

: Of the positive aspects, only a good location and hot water in the bathroom
: The room (number 9) was quite cold. It was only warm in the bathroom. wifi connection was very poor. The kettle was not in our room. It was extremely inconvenient to constantly go for tea and coffee up the steep stairs to the first floor (we lived on the second floor).

: The location was really close to Arena where I needed to be most of the day. So is the center of the town and stores too. There are restaurants in the vicinity too. I disliked the fact that the stairs to the upper floor where my room was, are really steep and i managed to hit my head more than once on my way up, since there is a concrete block that will be in your way above you. The room was small but for a few day it was ok. On first glance the bed looked terrible but made me change my mind after the first night of really good sleep. You won't like it if you are a light sleeper - the room doors don't offer any sound isolation from the noises of people walking on the corridor. There is a nice closed yard where you can safely park your bike over night. Realy liked the fact that there is a fridge in the common room where you can get a drink (really cheaply) even in the middle of the night. They trust you to pay it in the "piggy bank" :)

: There was communal seating available both insider & outside, as well as a wall with signatures from previous guests which was really nice to see! They also have a room for billiards and a drinks fridge which you can take beers & wine (for a fee) from.
: We had some confusion with the check in, but that was resolved quickly when we contacted the host.
