  : Chairs in sitting room uncomfortable, shower area very small. Couldn`t cool down the upstairs enough, hard to sleep when it was so hot.

  : Road noises from highway 550. I was in a tent. Im sure the Casitas were much quieter.

  : A bit awkward to sit up in bed. We changed the bed location .

  : The location is great, and the view of the San Juan Mountains is stunning. The casita was actually larger than I had expected, and it was generally well-furnished and clean. The heating system worked well.
  : The butterfly chairs in the living area were less than comfortable. The wood floor was a bit grimy and could use a good scrubbing. I had to wash dishes before I used them.

  : The view from tiny home #3 was great. The tiny home had most everything you needed.
  : Only one small towel and wash cloth for the week. Several constantly barking dogs even though the site said no pets allowed.

  : The cutest tiny house ever! Property was quite, clean, & other travelers (there are RV spots, tent campers, Glamping tents, etc.) were respectful of quiet time. Even though we didnt meet any staff or management in person, all communication was very informative, helpful, & friendly.

Disappointing

  : That its located in Ridgway, accessible to places we wanted to go
  : Tiny home itself was fine, but were squashed in with motor homes directly across the street. Nowhere to hang outside. Couldnt wait to get off the property, it felt so cramped. Felt like we we all on top of each other. Expensive for such a smashed together place. The glamping tents area looked nice tho, more spread out, private and facing the mountains.

  : The tiny house was very quaint. Clean! The staff (we only interacted with two) were WONDERFUL! So friendly!
  : The tiny house was very quaint but so, so hot. The bed is in the loft and the little air conditioner didn't have a chance. So miserable for sleeping. This is obviously not a problem in colder months but because of the bugs (not their fault, just tons of boxelder bugs and others) we couldn't leave the door open for ventilation and it was a little unsettling since the bed is on the floor of the loft. The clubhouse was really pretty dirty but we didn't mind too much since we didn't need to spend any real time there.
