  : I liked the modern look to the hotel.
  : It looks like they only clean the first floor of the hotel. The elevators were dirty. I had shaved pubic hair in the tub. I had long hair strains on the small roll of tissue they could have replaced. The toilet had small bits of feces floating around. The windows overlooking the lake in my room were dirty. Numerous marks and handprints from the inside. Lastly, I walked in the hotel that I booked the night before, completely overwhelmed in my lounge clothes because this was a last minute family emergency health scare and I needed somewhere to stay. Train your staff on welcoming people in and asking how they could assist. The young man that assisted me when I walked through the door did not ask me anything. Instead, he told me that the hotel didnt have any availability after I told him I was there to check in! You dont welcome guests in by saying that. He should have asked what my name or confirmation number was instead of telling me that the hotel was booked after I told him I was there to check in! I definitely wont be back. Dont waste your time here. Its dirty luxury

  : Very nice spot! Great employees as well! There are plenty of places that you can walk to around there so theres really no need to drive anywhere lol Loved it!
  : There were a few pieces of hair in the bathroom. It just needed to be cleaned up a tad bit better in there. Other than that, the room was amazing!
