  : Check in was fine as Geoff answered promptly and immediately showed us to our room. After a reminder e-mail we received clean towels and amenities each and every day. We enjoyed the location as it was really easy to get to the underground and there were many shops, and eating facilities available and close by. Really nice community!
  : Several things were needing improvement. Many items were broken such as the window top hinge was broken so the window wouldn't open properly. The shower hardware was broken and you could not hang up the hand held shower nozzle. The door to the bathroom would not shut properly. It just needs to be sanded down on the edge to close. There was no fridge or microwave as there was no room for them. The room was very, very small.

  : Bath towels were cheaper size and quality. Some maintenance issues visible (ceiling water stained, 1 bathroom light bulb not working, bathroom plastered wall water damaged, TV reception intermittent). Room and common foyer cluttered.

  : It was very hot in the room and the bed was very uncomfortable. And pretty much on the railway line.

  : Lovely greeting person Geoffrey.. respectful & helpful.. he listened to my gentle criticism that that foyer was dirty ( & vacuum cleaner dumped in a narrow corridor ) The beds, including the 3rd fold out bed , were very comfortable .. bed linen was exceptional. The white towels were paper thin though
  : To improve? General presentation of the property on the exterior ( overgrown plants, the odd paper ) as well as dirty corridor ..one busy body neighbour who wandered by said a few people in Kew thought the placed housed illegal workers. My 2 sisters politely disengaged with this woman but it did cross our minds perhaps the place has a poor reputation in this quaint Village area... we girls each paid $180 Aust,n so it has to be good value for such a good suburb

  : The studio we stayed in was in a great location and checkin/checkout with Geoff was very easy. It was a basic room but clean and comfortable and Geoff was very friendly.
  : Needs a bit of basic updating but otherwise quality of the accommodation was good.

  : Excellent location for visiting Kew Botanical Gardens. Surprisingly quiet and nice and dark, so had some really good nights sleep. Good access to a variety of eateries.
  : Parking was available but required a permit for each day of our visit at 1.50 per day. Great value, but it could've been explained clearer in the listing. Kitchen and crockery were a bit basic but sufficient for a few days if mostly eating out.
