  : I liked the offer of breakfast and location (didn't eat the breakfast but it looked nice.
  : No hot tub which travelers need. The cleanliness of the room has a lot to be desired. The handsoap was horrible.i couldn't get my computer to hook up to the television nor I didn't have the ability to cast from my phone to the television.

  : We had stayed here prior (the year before) and had a very nice experience. This time, everything was horrible. Not even sure we will ever consider staying here again.
  : The day we checked in, everything seemed like it was going to be ok. We went out to eat and when we got back, the toilet in our room no longer flushed. We had to go down to the lobby area to use those facilities. My mom was in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. While my wife was with her, the front desk attendant came up and tried to fix the toilet but to no avail. We had already unpacked and got settled into the room but the only option was to stay overnight and NOT have access to the bathroom and "hope" that the maintenance person would fix it the next day or move rooms. Come to find out that there were only 3 rooms left available. None of which had two beds which is what we had requested as it was myself, my wife and my elderly mother. So reluctantly, we took the King bed room and I slept on the couch the whole time. Moving to the other room was an ordeal as well since we had unpacked. I had to carry everything down the hall (to the VERY LAST ROOM) making several trips. I think I got an "I'm sorry" from the front desk attendant but that was all they said or did. We were told that we could move back into a double queen when one became available...but that was not really an option after all that. I did mention this issue to 2 other staff members. One didnt reply, and the other was when I checked out and said, "Sorry about that, Have a nice day"The breakfast lacked ALOT!! For one, everything seemed too always be cold. That was when there was enough food to be had by all the guests. On top of that, the front desk person seemed to always be eating during the breakfast rush and when there doesn't seem to be enough food (or good food) I truly feel that the employees should not be standing around eating in front of the guests.And there needs to be more luggage carts. Had a late check out...but still had to give up waiting on one since there are only 2 for every guest room in the hotel.

  : Good value and quite clean
  : A decent breakfast but not a huge variety It was noisy, felt like the walls were thin. We had rude neighbors near us and above us that we could hear till 1AM. Didnt seem the hotel valued quiet hours - no signs asking guests to respect the sleeping hours. Had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed rather than it being in the room like most hotels. The beds are werent super comfortable either - a little hard. But the staff was courteous when I went to get the bedding.

  : Bathroom fan was not working. Eggs were cheese omelettes. Scrambled eggs would have been nice for people who don't like cheese.

  : This was a very convenient and very clean facility. The staff was extremely nice. Rooms were spacious and had all the accommodations we needed.
  : We had two handicap Travelers with us and there were only two handicap spots in the front of the building and neither one were marked appropriately. The only signage was on the ground and at night you could not see it. Therefore when we return from dinner both spots were taken by a group that had come to join other Travelers that were staying at the hotel and we were unable to park in a handicap spot that was convenient for our party. Also the first night we were there a group of extremely drunk and loud men came into the pool area with alcoholic beverages in glass bottles and a toddler and through the toddler into the pool. This was not a safe situation management was informed. Management did not seem happy about having to confront this group. The last thing is that the only way you could get meat at the breakfast that was offered was to have a sandwich which I'm unable to eat. It would have been a waste of food for me to get a sandwich just to throw 3/4 of it away so I could have protein and with my breakfast.
