  : The only decent thing was the location of the hotel.
  : Almost everything there was horrible.First of all, I was forced to sleep on the floor as the 'bunk bed' that was promised was broken, so I couldn't even go up and had to lay on the hard concrete floor.I nicely took my time and asked the staff for help, but even after waiting the whole day, they didn't bother coming. I can't express how much my back hurt after that night.Not only was the bed poor, but so were the toilets;no ventilation, extremely cramped, and the flush was broken! Couldn't even enter the toilets due to how badly they smelt. I'm not someone who enjoys complaining, but I truly felt like I was robbed in broad daylight.

  : This is a hotel close to the beach. The room would be small but clean. The breakfast was excellent.
  : The hotel charged a pre-authorization fee and then full payment. We are still waiting for the return.
