  : The location was amazing, in the center of the island where is the sunniest, quiet area to relax with amazing view to the ocean where you could enjoy amazing sunsets. The pool was also nice located with view to the ocean. Cherry on the cake was the barbecue area next to the pool. Nice balcony on the main room with ocean view The open plan kitchen/ living room was nice. Also the AC was a plus in case is required.
  : The communication with the owner didn't go as planned. 2 days before checking in didn't get a reply via booking.com or calling directly the phone suggested. The couch had yellow stains and wear out, so please get a replacement. The toilet cover was broken, not closing properly. The mattresses were dirty and it was required to request mattresses cover. The bed smelled old. The house just had 1 toilet paper for 5 nights for a family of 4. Didnt have shampoo or shower gel as promised in booking.com

  : The views from the property are excellent. Its close to town. and it is really beautiful. The kitchen had most of what was needed to cook in the house (in terms of pans and cutlery). Directions and instructions on locations were provided in videos. While this worked, one diagram with the property would have been much simpler and used less phone data.
  : The bed was very hard - even for European standards. We ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Attention to detail and communication is lacking. we checked in before a major holiday and there was lessthan a full role of toilet paper. We tried to contact the owner (manager?) to ask for more, but only received a reply two days later. Apparently their phone wasnt working (!)These are nitpicks, but I share them for others to be prepared. The kitchen comes with no fooditems whatsoever: no salt, no pepper, no oil. I imagine that almost every person who stays there buys those items and then leaves them. Would it be so hard to at least have salt and pepper in the kitchen?

  : The location in the middle of the island.
  : The place needs to be cleaned in deep. Besides, there are two/three cats around the only window/door of the studio all the time. If you are a animal lover may not have a problem, but in my case, I was not feeling comfortable, and the animals do nos move.

  : Beautiful view, comfortable beds, and local cats at the property The apartment is very close to the main road. It is fully equipped, and you can always contact the owner in case you need anything. There are enough parking spots for everybody. Keep in mind that apartments are in a differentproximity from each other. If you rent the bottom one (A,B,C, or D), you will need to take around 40 to 50 steps.
  : Cleaning of the property was a bit random, so sometimes we had full garbage bin

  : the plafe was very clean and neat we had no problem at all, staff was very kind and explains everything you need to know, he can even prenotate a car rental for you and suggest places to visit
