  : Stayed for one night, as I had to catch a flight the next morning at 6am at Altenrhein Airport. Didn't really check the hotel before booking (only chose as it is in walking distance to the small airport). I was pleasantly surprised with the room size, cleanliness and atmosphere.

  : The view to the lake, an early morning swim in the lake, the terrace and the friendliness (also to our kids) of part of the personnel. The hotel is located next to a bar where a dj was playing music until 10:30 pm (nice music!)
  : The hotel is located very close to a busy road. The lady at the reception really was not friendly. We found the price for the family room quite high for what you get.

  : The view was amazing
  : The hotel advertises that it is air conditioned. They only have standing portable room air conditioners. We arrived on a day where we had ridden our bicycles 30 miles in 90+ degrees and were looking forward to a cooled room. Our room was the family suite on the upper most floor the attic, the room was hotter than the outside temp. The hotel staff had not prepared the room for our arrival and had only one fan and a small air conditioner in the huge four bedroom apt, none of them were turned on. My two young granddaughters were so hot that we could not stay in the room and went to a pool next door. The hotel staff did finally bring two extra standing air conditioners, but they did not cool the rooms by much. A storm blew in around one am and we opened windows to cool the rooms and finally slept. The next morning at checkout I asked if they could compensate us in someway because the only reason I booked with them is because they state they have air conditioned rooms. I was told they could not because I booked through booking.com. I am letting everyone know that air conditioning doesnt always mean central air.
