  : The bathroom smelt of sewage. When we previously stayed it wasn't an issue but this time the smell was really bad. As we were travelling we put up with it but wouldn't stay again

  : The person at reception didn't even say hello. The way she greeted me was: It's closed !!!! And then, after making sure I had made a reservation, she said very quietly: Your name and I said: excuse me? and she looked at me like I was an idiot and told me again very slowly: your naaaaaaame! She was not familiar with the word please, so I had to tell her that I was not getting the room for free and that she should be patient. It was the first time I ever tried a motel over booking. I will NEVER do that again. I went to the room afterward and the hallway smelled better than the room. If it hadn't been midnight I never would have stayed. I usually never do this but it was really a no go and I use only this platform to book my business trips and maybe I have to reconsider it.
