  : it's not the hotel, this is like an Air BNB kind of place, the person doesn't know English at all. and the place is like a hunted house, we arrived after 7pm. though we had a booking but place was locked and the sign outside says. it's closed. there was no bell. we knocked many times. finally a person came with sleeping mood handed over the key of the room. and the room eas head up with wooden stairs. low lights. room had spiders inside. it was terrible. we had no choice since we had mistakenly booked. last the heater wasn't working next morning guy came with tools and fixed it.

  : My booking was confirmed many weeks in advance. I was travelling from the UK, but on the day of my arrival the hotel cancelled my booking for "technical reasons", leaving me stranded and no where to stay. They did not even offer to help find alternative hotel. When I complained on this point, the rude response was that it was my responsibility to ask fkor help ?!
