  : Very nice location (right next to the National gallery) and the system with the code to enter is nice as well. We liked the kitchen and furniture as well. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have complimentary coffee and tea!
  : Didn't know that the apartment was in the basement (There are apartments in higher floors though). It was kinda uncomfortable with people passing by quite often, so we had the blinds down most of the time and also couldn't really follow the open window policy as we didn't feel comfortable talking too much and also hearing the people outside as if they're next to you. If we would've been aware of the basement part, we wouldn't have booked it. Also we were able to hear everything and I mean everything from our neighbors, but compared to the window problem that was okay. The water smelled funny as well, but that is apparently common in Iceland.

  : I liked the location of the property, it was super central and easy to walk to downtown.
  : I did not receive an email regarding check-in and had to call for a pin and there was someone cleaning the property at 2:55 pm and check-in was at 3pm. I had to stand outside in the cold to call for a PIN and then arrived to the property that was still being cleaned.

  : Great location. Close (1Km) from Bus Station to most touristy locations. Also walking to the city centre. Pleasant location near the lake. V quiet and peaceful
  : Kitchen was v small, can only accommodate 1 person at a time. Expensive...but I suppose that's Iceland.
