  : owner was deceitful about extra costs, was not clear about the price when I booked. said I would get my cleaning fee back after I checked out and then ghosted me through text afterwards when I politely brought it up. place was not like the pictures showed- definitely much older and more out of date than the the online pictures showed. would not recommend at all.

  : Police involved and reports made. This is believed to be a scam property by the Rexburg Police Department. As an officer put it we are one of several at least 10 people that have had the police called on them from the property manager. The officer also informed Booking.com of the same as he was on the phone with us speaking with booking.comThis property manager peed on a sheet And tried to blame us Saying we did it, got in my husbands face, shoved him then called the police. Now we will go back to the original arrival time.The unit was filthy upon arrival, There was toothpaste and hair all over the sink and counter, the entire unit smells of mold and obvious water damage is present, the air conditioning unit was propped on a chair, and unsafe. The supposed clean towels were very obviously dirty and crusty, food in sink, dirty refrigerator, crumbs in the table, etc. yet this prop manager demanded an additional $100 “cleaning” deposit, as well as us paying cash on arrival. We had No other place to stay and he knew that because the college was just opening back up. Refused to give us a receipt for the cash that we paid. Renters beware, go anywhere else. This man was creepy from the start of us even booking it.
