  : Great view from the restaurant area/swimming pool. Also on our balcony we saw a perfect sunset! We liked to enjoy the pool and the gym while on the hotel.
  : Breakfast could be better. Location is good for the view, but the way up is not very easy for all people.

  : Beautiful views of the city from the hilltop and a nice pool and grounds.There was also a footpath from the hotel down into the city which was much better than walking along the road!
  : The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a bit of a refresh. Relatively speaking the rooms are small compared with other hotels weve visited in Southern Europe

  : a modern and beautiful hotel with a view of Rethymnon
  : the mattress was terrible. i didnwt sleep for two days. the second night i preferred to sleep on the floor. the staff informed me that the hotel is full and there are no free mattresses. the food was extremely limited. even though we took halp pension we had nothing to eat. i booked a room for me and my 15 years old child. but at the checkin they asked to charge her as an adult with extra charge.

  : Nothing. As far as I am concerned it is a front to rip off customers. Read the reviews people, dont be like me. They present nice pictures of a hotel, when in reality they take you to a room behind the hotel and up a flight of stairs. When I told them to just cancel the reservation and refund one night of the two booked, they refused. For tne 12 steps look at the photo posted and follow the red line to see them. Now imagine goimg back and forth and the parking is 100 m farther than the hotel entrance.
  : Reasons for leaving 1. Photos are misleading. It shows a nice place, which it is, but it looks like its a showcase. You go to the reception, you check in, and then they tell you that your room is in another place. And they walk with you down a very steep downhill slope around the main building and up many stairs to your tiny room. Even the room pictures show that you have a wide balcony. Very misleading. Reason 2: The room is in a forest. Zero sound proof. The trees are full of some bugs that drove me nuts for 15 minutes with their high pitched sounds. The only thing that quieted the bugs was the AC in the room which was louder than the bugs. Reason 3: Parking is far from facility. If you check my history I have stayed in Greece before, and Crete this week in three other places. This property though is misleading. Also.. pool closes at 7:30 pm. And what does my wife not saying hello have to do with anything. She does not speak the language. And the noise is not from birds but bugs, that make a terrible noise. 600 reviews out of which more than half find faults.

  : My husband and I booked this hotel in Rethymno, paid in advance but never reached the hotel. Google maps could not locate the hotel taking us to some dead end narrow streets. We asked three taxi drivers to take us and they all refused stating blocked streets. We called the hotel for directions and we got nowhere! We spent good money for nothing and finally reached another hotel in Rethymno at 2:00 am

  : We did enjoy our stay. My sister was with me and she is disabled. the staff made a big effort to see that she was looked after. We were very pleased.
