  : To start with the communication was so poor it takes more than 24 hours for the appointed person to get back to you for anything. They font answer the phone number they provided and you can stay in hold for an hour as far as i know. A simple early check in and parking spot query was not answered. They have a long list of terms and conditions which is not posted on booking before you make your reservation which is non refundable. Also they treat this like an airbnb asking you to clean and take out the trash after ur stay and clean the dishes. However, when i checked in one of the showers in the units was wet and clearly uncleaned after the prior guest. The concierge in the building knows nothing about the leasing company they just hand u an envelope with a list of instructions. They know nothing about the parking or how to contact luxury suites as they are a separate business. Long story short this is not a place you choose for leisure or a short trip because it felt like doing the work for them and it was more expensive than staying at hotel! Definitely not recommending or coming here again.
