Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Sommerloft Rerik in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-ins and check-outs outside of reception hours is only available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the property for further details.

Please note the bunk beds are only suitable for children weighing up to 45 kg.

Property will inform you via e-mail regarding check-in details and key collection prior to your arrival.

Guests need to bring their own towels or rent them at the property for a fee.

Please note that pets are only permitted in the apartments on the ground floor.
