  : We had a very pleasant stay at your Hotel. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom was perfectly clean. Staff was kind and friendly.
  : Well, you could have ice machines on each floor instead of needing to go all the way down stairs. No biggie. We were really hoping to swim in the outside poor but it was closed because it rained??

  : The room was large. The bathroom was big and clean. We had plenty of towels. Lots of pillows. Lots of space.
  : There was a literal hole in the wall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were two bugs in our room. The tv had the cable box attached to it in the room and so two remotes were required to make it work. The second night, only three local channels worked. Call to the front desk- no one there. Went down and waited. Apparently in this huge hotel, there is ONLY ONE PERSON ON STAFF at 8pm. He was dressed very unkempt, and was unable to fix the tv, even after coming up to my room. The couch had crumbs on it when we checked in. Will never stay here again.

  : The lobby was comfortable and the breakfast was great.
  : The staff!! Night staff when we checked in, I really questioned if they actually worked there. No uniform or even a name tag. Looked like they just walked in off the street. The breakfast staff had her kids there. They stood at the serving counter eat
