  : Almost everything. The staff was extremely rude and double charged me for my stay. When I tried to get it resolved I was told to dispute it with my bank instead of them just refunding one of the charges.

  : Their system was down and we weren’t able to get key cards. They assisted with activating it through the Hilton app , but was still a bit of an inconvenience that the other family members didn’t have a key card. Also, the afternoon staff as I was told was new and had to do a double payment and had me call booking and cancel payment with them and made it more of a hassle for us after being tired from traveling and having to be on hold with them for so long. They tried to be as helpful as possible but they were also having a hard time having to walk guest up to their room and get them in manually so I didn’t give them a hard time. Next day staff fixed the problem easily and offered a whole nother option.

  : The bed was very hard, the air-conditioning unit was extraordinarily loud and cycled on and off all night. The walls were very thin and we were woken in the middle of the night from not one, but several others staying in rooms nearby. The quality of the breakfast in the morning was subpar and unhealthy so we went with oatmeal. Unfortunately, the nuts for oatmeal tasted rotten, and the oatmeal itself was only partially cooked. The fruit tasted canned and was strangely tangy. The coffee was so watered down we ended up tossing it instead of drinking it. And finally, the pet fee was quite high—$75, so we had to have a family member nearby take our dog for the night. Even though this hotel is close to family, with this experience, we won’t be staying again.
  : More healthy, less processed breakfast items. HVAC that isn’t crazy loud. Thicker walls so you can’t hear guests next door.
