  : Nothing as we didnt get to stay. We waited for an hour outside what looked like a derelict building with no email or no one answering the phone. It was raining and we had walked to the property as there is no parking . After one hour trying to gain access we left and checked into a hotel near by. We were under the impression le Celeste was some sort of hotel or apartment group. It worked out after we left and complained to booking .com they got in touch with the owner then we were sent messages and a way to gain access to this persons apartment. This was all too late for us as we had now paid for the hotel. We have called so many times the owner she has not given us back our money nor an apology but she hangs up the phone when she hears our name. My advice is if this is customer service stay somewhere else. Also Le Celeste is misleading it should be called appartment 201 or something similar if that is what it is. Maybe a sign outside would also be helpful. But as this is not the owners building they probably cannot even put up a sign. We were attending a wedding and to say this was not a great start.
