  : Handy to railway station. Not far from Rennes historic buildings. Variety of eating establishments close by. It was quiet and peaceful.

  : Wifi went down, the owner was very helpful in restarting the router within a short period of time-great service!
  : The only small issue is noise transfer from the apartment above-this was due to children running around and was slightly noticeable, but generally not a problem (I was in Apt18 on the ground floor).

  : Romantic vibe! Great sitting area with Nespresso. Close to train station and easy walk to center of town for food and drink.
  : Bed pillows were hard and at times the loft bedroom was stuffy.

  : Very nice property and very quiet apartment. The entry is done via a code, there is nobody at the property. If you drive the access is very narrow and it cost 10 euro per day to park, not bad value as you are in central Rennes. There is a lot of character and it is a lovely building, I did not hear anything from anyone and believe it was fully booked. It is a few minutes walk from the train station too, very convenient! Recommended.
  : There were no kitchen towels or anything to dry your hands or your washing up. Maybe someone forgot to leave it. The cutlery and crockery is barely enough for 4 people, if you are sharing.

  : The room is in a quiet location, yet very centrally located. The room was very clean. The room is not tiny, but due to the furniture and layout, there is hardly space to put a open suitcase on the floor. The private parking is nice.
  : The communication before the visit was a bit confusing. I got several (automated) messages from them with a lot of text but basically saying I need to pay first to get anything done. Because of this, I missed the only important email that explained about the door code and how to reserve a parking (the email contains a link to their own website where you can select it). Once I figured that out, I had enough information to enter the street, which can be only entered by car after giving a password to an operator who lowers the car block. Then the door code opens the garage door that allows access to the parking at the back. Note that it is very narrow, so good luck if you have an SUV or other wider than average car.
