Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : I reserved this room with a little trepidation but was pleasantly surprised. Location was quiet despite proximity to the freeway and very clean. Staff was pleasant and you couldn't beat the price.
  : You can tell that there was previous water damage coming from the room above and the patchwork on the ceiling left much to be desired. The bathroom ceiling had a little bit of mold as well as a result if this (or guests not turning the ventilation fan on as it is a small bathroom). Both issues could be easily rectified. The mattresses were a bit soft to my liking and the sheets were on the thin side, but I'm not going to take more than one star away for these issues. This isn't a Four Seasons.

  : The rooms were spacious and the morning breakfast was great with good coffee and a waffle iron!
  : The room was very outdated, the coffee machine barely functioned, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and had no separate switch!

  : I thought the breakfast bar was not very good. I was expecting something hot that at least included eggs, even if hard boiled. No water was served. We had to take ice from the icemaker and water from an employees only bathroom.

  : Location to where I had to travel.
  : I made my reservation 3 days before date, I was put in a handicapped room with the shower head that was in need of repair. I didn't eat breakfast and bed was soft. Parking was not delineated so parked trucks took up one and a half parking spaces.

  : The woman who checked us was friendly and very nice. The manager in the morning was also nice and helped us.
  : The noise from being right off the lobby was horrible, the staff after 11 were talking right outside our room and woke us up. At 5 am other people were loud and woke us up. My husband went to take a shower in the morning and fell in the bathroom because he started the shower before getting into the shower and the water went out on the tiles and he slipped and fell. We did fill a report out due to him hitting his head, hurting his ankle and he has scratches on his left leg. This bathroom was dangerous for anyone especially anyone with medical issues like my husband who had a motorcycle accident in May.
