: The hotel have nice view , organized ,clean well.
: On the beginning there was mistake on the reservation price it was 130 euro per night as stated on booking and the bring the bill with 150 euro per night I told her it's wrong then they bring another bill with right information. Unfortunately afterwhile they see that we have child below 2 years they will charge me 20 euro per night while there is no bed request for him ,she told me I will call police to kick you out and retern back your money. I speak with her respectfully then she become little quite and she I accept what we agree on it o the beginning.They charge 70 euro for cleaning while they shouldn't. But they write clearly on the booking I don't see it it was my mistake. This make my stay uncomfortable therefore I will not recommend this hotel.

: Haus Seerose is based almost in a centre of a very small and quite town Reith im Alpbach but even though it is 2 minute walk to the main square it is totally quiet. The house is sitted above beautiful small lake where you can go for a swim (It takes you one minute to get there), there is a bakery and a restaurant also 2 minute walk from the house. The house has a great view on the mountains from each window. It's very big, it can easily fit 3-4 people. Kitchen was equipped OK, it was possible to cook. There was a comfortable bed for two people in the bedroom, single bed and a small sofa in the living room. The place looks better than on the pictures.
: The hair drier and a iron - small and old, not great for the hair. Iron I had to borrow from the landlord because it was impossible to iron with the small touristic one that was in the apartment.

: The balcony had a nice view and we could enjoy the sun even in February. Good parking. Nice and roomy apartment. Very friendly owner. There were a few restaurants nearby.
