  : Perfect location, right near the cathedral and 15 min walk from the train station. Lovely decor and great use of space - a really useful 'dressing area' with wardrobes. Clean, comfortable - couldn't have asked for more!

  : The decor was generally good, particularly the art deco bedroom. Overall, the apartment was mostly fine, with some significant exceptions as listed below.
  : We were not met as promised, so my husband had to stand in the street with our luggage, while I went to 5 different shops until I could beg wifi so I could receive the code for the keybox. Our host said she had a medical emergency which prevented her attendance, but she should have sent the code much sooner while we still had comms at our last hotel, and hosts should ALWAYS have a backup. Not acceptable. The apartment is up 2 floors of narrow, creaking stairs. There was noise from the street, from the creaking stairs and from people walking in the apartment above. Some basic maintenance was lacking (powerpoints hanging from the wall, toilet door very hard to open, front door latch stuck, grease on oven tray). The airconditioner was totally useless as it was not ducted out of the apartment, so it blew cold air out the front and hot out the back.

  : Excellent location. Easy lock box access. Decor and spacious size. Especially liked the bedroom, walk through wardrobe and shower areas. Great heating. Generous supplies. Well stocked. Kitchen is small but nice crockery etc and great appliances. Great washing machine and hair drier. Host quick to respond to any queries.
  : No option for second key. No lift for our large luggage. (Only two levels up.) That said, all round this is one of the best properties that we have stayed in over a period of almost four weeks, ranging in lesser price to much, much higher price (when sharing with family). We loved our stay in this apartment.

  : Property is in a great location close to center of Reims. It was very clean , comfortable , kitchen very well equipped , great shower & overall very homely vibe to the apartment.
  : Narrow stairs up to the apartment but that would deter us from going back again .

  : Toilet is located in the kitchen and no sink in the toilet. We had to go to bathroom which is in the bedroom to wash our hands after using the toilet. Bathroom doesnt have a toilet.

  : The accommodate was excellent and it was wonderful to have so much space after staying in small hotel rooms. The extras provided, such as conditioner, washing power etc, were very thoughtful. The shower was luxurious, and everything was very clean. I chose the apartment because of the washing machine as it was the half-way point of our month-long holiday, and also because it was centrally located, just far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to explore.
  : I only had email communication with the owners, and I didn't always have data and no mobile phone number while traveling. This made it difficult to arrange check in. I ended up asking one of the nearby shops to phone the owner for instructions on how to get in. There was no further communication after that, despite trying to contact the owner again regarding a check out time as we had a later train to catch. I acknowledge that this is more a "me" problem, but I'm sure other travels also choose to disengage from devices to some degree while on holidays. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. I ended up putting my neck out which impacted the remained of our trip. We also had significant difficulty opening the deadlock on the door, and felt that a sign of some sort would have been helpful to confirm that we actually had the correct apartment, and not the wrong key.

  : The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to the Cathedral and town centre. Easy check-in and the boost of a car park opposite.There is no noise from upstairs, which is always a plus. Overall, an idea place to stay and visit Reims.
  : There really was only one slight problem. The next doors front door slams shut, but this only happened twice. But, hey, it's a small inconvenience, but it might make you jump !
