  : Very quick and easy check in for hotel room, easy booking for airport shuffle. Friendly staff. Quick WiFi. Everything I needed for my night stay before an early morning flight
  : The room was dated and had a smoky smell, carpets were a little grubby. But everything else was clean

  : It feels unloved and our bedroom, room 46 had been recently decorated. However the curtains were full of holes. Someone had spilled white paint on the new carpet, a sign that the decorators couldn’t be bothered to cover the flooring. The bed was pretty hard and had a blanket not a duvet and the 2 pillows on the bed were foam filled The car park was full but we thought we were the only people staying that night. We concluded that the hotel (charges £10 for the pleasure of parking) rents a space for people using Gatwick airport hence the full car park. The male receptionist was scruffy and looked like he was there to clean the windows. Didn’t welcome us, pretty nigh threw the room keys at us, and at check out didn’t bother to ask if we’d had a comfortable stay, which we didn’t, but he could have asked, if only out of politeness. It’s a sad place lacking any kind of atmosphere or inspiration to to anything with it. It gives the impression of being a place you’d rent a room for illicit behaviour, no questions asked. Quite honestly I’d ask for our money back!

  : Classic older hotel with updated amenities, the location to Gatwick Airport is great, the Hotel provides a 10 minute ride to both terminals for £5, nice hotel Restaurant and Bar, short to a convenience store gas station store and a great local Pub.

  : Position and room.
  : It’s too noisy with people leaving early for Gatwick airport. The noise of the showers and toilets comes through your room. No b/fast. They charge for the parking. They make more money on long term parking for the airport than the rooms.

  : Easy to organize shuttle. Coffee and milk in the room was appreciated after the long flight.

  : Top floor room low vaulted ceilings bed so close you would bump your head broken glass on emergency door with jagged edges no towels in room had to walk back down as the phone in the room had a cable but nowhere to plug in so didn't work asked for towels waited an hour before walking back down room was dirty
