  : We booked via booking.com and have been pain in full upon booking. On arrival, the receptionist tried to charge us $400 plus and once we showed our proof of payment via booking.com, manager showed up and said he will take care of it and only 50$ will be on hold so we trusted him. When we checked out same receptionist said there will be $20 more because of accounting error so we said we would like to have a receipt to explained why. The receptionist gave us parking fees receipts so we said ok and came home. Now I came to realized that that manager charged us not only 400$ but also additional 400$, total of 800$ without our knowledge on the check in day. Now they just refunded 776$ upon checked out. I felt it was a scam because it would have jeopardized my credit scores. Very outdated, need overhaul renovation and deep cleaning. Crowded room, tiny birth room, widow AC unit, falling off toilet papier-mch holder, very awkward swimming pools and hot tub set up. Ugly dirty adults swimming dipping pool. Cooking smell and oil sediments from omelets stations, uncomfortable corners sofas. Only main building had elevators. Tight car parking area and you still have to pay for the parking.. Garden sofas need to refresh at least daily, very disgusting to see old wrapper lying around for days.

  : Quiet, nicely landscaped but not clean (entry area not clean)
  : We were promised 2 car parking and that was not done by the manager. I'm sure he could have accommodated us. Also this was the first time we stayed there and found out by accident about the shuttle and chairs and umbrellas on checkout. And when I mentioned that we didn't know that the staff couldn't have cared less. I don't think escalating this will help as it was the management that easily could have accommodated us didn't do so. I'm never staying at The Bellmoor and will let others know of my experience.The hotel was the worst thing about our vacation.... why is the hot tub in the area of the family pool? Kids were coming in and out while we were in the hot tub. The breakfast was definitely a bait and switch ... it was set up like any low end free breakfast instead of waitstaff and service. The omelette station was handled by 2 young girls instead of a chef. The bar was never open as far as we could tell and it looked like it would be be run by a kid who would have no idea how to make a drink. Guests had to provide notice if they wanted their room cleaned.. ridiculous! I wish I could have a refund!
