  : Very friendly welcome. Room was very clean and tidy, bed made daily and coffee, milk and biscuits topped up every day too. Towels changed every couple of days. Beautiful area to stay with plenty of places to eat and a nice touch with the discount voucher for the local pub against all food and drinks bought. Nice little market on the village green and cobbles on the Friday too. A very good price without the breakfast.
  : Not enough parking for all guests and when we did park across the road we had a soggy wet note left across our windscreen asking not to block access, even though we parked respectfully and left plenty of room for them to access their path to the house! Although the bedroom and bathroom were very clean the walls could do with a coat of paint just to brighten up the place, a bit grubby looking. I have to say it was a very good price although we didnt do breakfast every day so cant complain too much. Unfortunately we had no views downstairs to look at apart from a courtyard with ladders and building stuff!

  : Not much to be honest, I would have preferred a bit more space around the bed for easy luggage storage and movement, but then the big was very big and you can't have it all!

  : Breakfast was lovely, quiet location and yet 1 min walking distance from the centre of Reeth. Well kitted out and high quality fixtures, fittings and equipment.
  : Double bed low and very soft mattress. I ended up with a bad back in the last day of 3. No where to hang a dressing gown in the bathroom, when showering.

  : Terry and Hannah were excellent hosts and served a great breakfast. The guesthouse is in a lovely quiet location in the village with well eqiupped rooms and bathroom.
  : The mattress in the room wasn't overly comfortable but was OK. There was a boiler vent just outside the window which let some fumes into the room with the window open.
