  : Location very good for reaching most areas nearby,beautiful gardens at main house which we were able to visit, everyone very friendly.

  : Lovely location, great information available in the house, kitchen had great resources, comfortable facilities and a communicative host that went out of their way to help us. We had a lovely stay here.

  : Carpets upstairs were a bit worn No TV in main lounge / dinner and only very small TV in the small lounge area

  : Location was great, hot tub was wonderful, party barn was really handy and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bathroom products, a bit of wear and tear but super clean despite that which was great.
  : Lacking some essential bits like bin bags and dish soap. Would also be good to have cling film or tin foil, the knives need sharpening too but we managed.

  : Rooms and kitchen space all of a good size, kitchen missing basics like enough cutlery etc.. hot tub and outdoor space nice, although staff member entering the private space through out day to collect gardening equipment ment we couldn't relax with the children.
  : We book months in advance, pictures showed a swimming pool on site which was the main reason we booked to stay here. The pool was an extra charge but that was fine. 2 days before our trip was total the pool was broken and couldn't be used. We only booked because the younger members of family couldn't use hot tub so would be able to use the pool. We were only offered a 50% refund if we cancelled due to the pool being broken. So we went anyway and during our stay there own members of family that were staying in the main house was using the pool with their children. Felt very mislead when booking to stay here. As they said the pool isn't always available. Clearly they knew that had mislead us when booking as during our stay we noticed they had taken down the images of the swimming pool off booking.com. Wouldn't book again.
