: Exterior lightning needs improvement, not safe for unloading in the dark. Need working clocks and Kleenex. Beds were not comfortable, very hard and wimpy pillows. Signage was poor. Very hard to find after dark.

: The location and setting were superb, with incredible views of the three sisters and other volcanic mountains in the Cascades. The home had all the amenities I was looking for, with great comfort and fully equipped kitchen.
: The seating in the sofa was weak, with limited support. To work the TV, it was necessary to keep the doors to cabinets open, because signal to cable equipment was blocked when the doors were shut.

: I had extreme difficulties with the VACASA system. Their employees were fine when I finally got through. Their computer system, however, was the source of serious frustration. I will never book with them again.

: Eagle Crest is in a beautiful location. The property and surrounding area is beautifully manicured with streams running along walking paths and beautiful trees. Staying at Eagle Crest gives you access to a pool, fitness area, and pickle ball courts. Hiking trails were nearby.
: The steps leading up to the home were loose and could potentially lead to an injury.

: Cost less than most, very clean, quiet, beautiful & comfortable.
: I had several questions but rcvd only 1 answer regarding possible late ck out. I looked for an iron/ironing board and aerosol spray freshener for bathroom but didn't find any. Us senior citizens are not too remote savvy so it was hard to figure out the TV but we eventually got a couple movies chosen.
