  : Shabby room and transfer was so we nearly missed our flight. Also refused to refund payment for a weeks parking even though we didn’t end up using the parking.

  : We waited for 3/4hr at the reception office for someone to arrive. We rang the 'unattended' number several times with no answer. In the end my wife was so fed up she went over the road to pub, leaving me with the chap in the car rental office next door who helped take our money and eventually found a key. We then found our own way to the b&b, and with the aid of a photo found the property. On knocking on the door a surprised person appeared and knew nothing of the b&b. We were about to return to the office when I spoke to a neighbour getting into their car and they pointed us to a little door in the end of a farm outbuilding where we found our room for the night. AT NO TIME DID WE EVER SEE ANY MEMBER OF STAFFSomething to bear in mind is that this b&b is under the flight path for the runway and about 1/2 mile from the threshold.

  : The room, the bed broke on us and had to wait 2 and half hours to find out they had no spare rooms so someone had to fix it with us on the room with a drill and screws, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything even someone going to the toilet. Says breakfast included but it's just two small boxes of cereal with a small carton of milk only enough for two people, so no milk left over for the coffee. The TV remote didnt work, and it was so high up you would have to be a giant to reach the buttons to try change the channels, lucky my husband is tall I had no chance I'm short, there was no where to sit outside, no Ash tray outside for cigarettes good job I had a little pocket ashtray. The noise of the planes over ahead was insane. But that is slightly expected so I let them of, overall we was not happy with are stay it was herendous start to finish, was offered a refund for the broken bed, but Havnt resieved eny refund, was a shambles of a place,

  : Staff member that gave me the key was pleasent.
  : Terrible location, terrible road to get there, rubber mat under bed, no fan, no privecy in toilet/shower as no covering on window meaning peope can look into the toilet. the fridge was noisey and the room was noisy with people constantly coming and going. I had enough at 2am and packed up and drove home. terrible experiance. never to be repeated.
