  : The view is really exceptional and its nice to experience a typical Genovese-style little flat
  : The place needs quite some general repairs (no curtains in the room upstairs, shower door and one of the shutters dont close, the dishwasher doesnt work, etc), a thorough cleaning (much dust and spider webs around, very sticky and oily kitchen, etc) and a good refurbishment, at least of all the sofa beds. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the only bed in good conditions was the bed in the bedroom (if its enough for you to share a 140cm bed), the rest of the sleeping arrangements were very poor, small and uncomfortable. Be prepared with mosquito repellents, to sleep in a VERY hot under-roof upper floor and with the fact that the place has NO WI-FI.

  : An ideal stopover for hiking fans, where several interesting hiking trails of the Portofino Nature Park started. We liked the location of the house behind the church, on top of the hill, with amazing views of the sea from the windows. It was nice to take a short walk beginning in front of the house to a the lovely, lively seaside village of Camogli with shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants. In the morning it was nice to wake up with the sound of church bells. We also liked the cafe-shop next to the house, where you could buy coffee, pastries and fruit and meet the local people early in the morning which was an encouraging start to the day.
  : We would have expected a bit more comfortable beds for more than 2 people are in place. There was no tap water in the first floor bathroom sink.
