Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of BGN 586.77 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Apartments in Oasis Complex will contact you with instructions after booking.

Please note that the entire amount for the booking is payable in cash upon arrival.
